During her time as a student there, she joined the company as a trainee, was invited to join the professional company as an apprentice, and selected to perform and train with USDAN, a professional summer company in New York directed by Ballet San Jose director Dennis Nahat. She went on to attend the Boston Conservatory of Music on scholarship graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2008 with a BFA in Dance focusing on both ballet and modern dance. Upon graduation, she joined Ballet Rox in Roxbury, MA and danced principle roles in the company performing throughout the greater Boston area. During her time in Boston, she became an instructor at the Boston Ballet Center for Dance Education in their primary division under the direction of Margaret Tracey. In 2009, she was invited by Artistic Director, William Starrett, to join the Columbia City Ballet and was promoted to Soloist Dancer in 2013. Mr. Starrett has featured her in many of the company’s repertoire including the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Leopard Maiden in his signature ballet, Dracula, and the role of Tinker Bell in the company’s premier of Peter Pan.
